Central Rivers AEA is offering training for LEA mentors for the 2024-25 school year. Check out the flyer for the training options, and be sure to register via the Google form by noon on Friday, August 9. Some important details to note:

Attendees can prepare to:

  • Focus on the continuum of learning-focus based interaction (4 C’s).
  • Examine non-verbal and verbal skills that support relationships and learning.
  • Apply templates and tools for planning, reflection and problem-solving.

There are two options for this training:

  1. The one-day, in-person training is on August 13, from 9 am – 3 pm at the Cedar Falls and Clear Lake offices. (This is a $75 package).
  2. The one-day, in-person training on August 13, from 9 am – 3 pm and multiple sessions via Zoom from 3:30-4:30 pm on August 16, October 14, November 18, January 27, 2025, February 24, 2025, April 14, 2025, and May 5, 2025. (This is a $150 package).
