Central Rivers AEA is thrilled to announce our Elementary Intensive Literacy Instruction for Struggling Readers course, launching this January at the Cedar Falls office!
Starting January 9, 2025, this course is designed for educators working with students in intensive intervention (Tier 3) who are reading at a 3rd-grade level or below. Participants will learn targeted, research-based methods for building skills in phonological awareness and phonics using the structured Orton-Gillingham approach.
Registration is limited to 40 participants, with a deadline of December 23 to ensure materials are ordered in time. The material fee covers essential resources, including a Teacher Guide, Instructor’s Manual, Grapheme Card Pack, OG in a Bag, and a Sound Wall Kit. Don’t miss out – reserve your spot today!
