- Collaborative Problem Solving (CPS) – Essential Foundations (Level 1): February 11 | Cedar Falls office | This session introduces the Collaborative Problem Solving (CPS) approach, helping educators understand the root causes of challenging behaviors and address them through relationship-building and skill development. Participants will learn and practice CPS techniques through real-world examples and interactive activities.
- Tier One Behavior Practices for the Classroom: February 27 | Cedar Falls office | This workshop focuses on strategies to promote positive behavior and reduce disruptions. Educators will learn how to set clear expectations, reinforce positive actions, teach social-emotional skills, and use restorative practices to build a supportive classroom.
