IT Managed Services – Network Support

IT-managed network support services involve outsourcing the daily management, maintenance, and support of a school district’s network infrastructure to a specialized external provider. These services include monitoring network performance, ensuring data security, managing network resources, and 

troubleshooting issues. IT Support – Pre-paid Bank of 20 Hours

Central Rivers AEA will provide technology services on all hardware and software owned by the District upon request for services. Technology services, which purchased hours may be used for, include installation of new equipment, routine maintenance, general troubleshooting, Google admin support.


IT Managed Services – On-Site Technician

IT Managed Services with an On-Site Technician provide schools with direct access to dedicated IT professionals who work on-location to manage and support the school’s technology infrastructure. This service includes the regular maintenance of hardware and software, immediate troubleshooting and repair, and proactive management of technological resources. Having an on-site technician ensures that any IT issues can be addressed quickly, minimizing downtime and disruption to both teaching and administrative operations. This model not only enhances the reliability and performance of IT systems but also offers personalized support tailored to the specific needs of the school. Equipment Repair Services

The AEA has certified staff that offers equipment repair services for a wide range of hardware. These services include free estimates and warranty assistance. We provide both warranty and out-of-warranty repair on the complete Apple and HP line of products. We provide service for many brands of Windows-based PCs as well as Chromebooks and stock parts for those we service. We also provide service for HP printers. Other services include:

  • In/Out warranty work for Apple Laptops/Desktops/iPads
